Who we are

Lessons on arabicwithnoura.com are provided by Noura Mohamed, a private Arabic teacher based in Egypt. Contact: nouramma@gmail.com.

The service

Private, one-to-one online lessons in Arabic and Tajweed, taught in English. A lesson lasts 50 minutes; the trial lesson lasts 30 minutes and is free.

Lesson delivery

Lessons take place live on Zoom. After each booking you receive the lesson time (shown in your time zone) and the Zoom link by email. You need a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a microphone and speakers or headphones.

Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the website at the time of purchase:

• Monthly: 4 lessons for $56, to be used within 1 month.
• 3-Month Package: 12 lessons for $144, to be used within 3 months.
• 6-Month Package: 24 lessons for $264, to be used within 6 months.

Validity is counted from the date of purchase. Lessons not used within the validity period expire and are not carried over.

Launch offer

The first 10 students who buy the 6-Month Package pay $240 ($10 per lesson). The offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

Payment

Payment is made online by card through our payment provider, Paymob. We never see or store your card details. Every plan is a one-time purchase; nothing renews automatically.

Booking and cancellation

Booking, rescheduling, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellations and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Children

Children aged 10 and older are welcome. A parent or legal guardian must book, pay and accept these terms on the child’s behalf, and should make sure an adult is reachable during the lesson.

Conduct

Lessons are held in a respectful atmosphere. Noura may end a lesson, or stop providing lessons, in case of abusive behaviour; in that case any unused lessons are refunded. Lessons may not be recorded without Noura’s consent.

Teacher availability

If Noura has to cancel or cannot hold a lesson, the lesson is rescheduled at no cost and is not deducted from your package.

Liability

Noura teaches with care but cannot guarantee specific learning results. She is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student’s internet connection or equipment.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the version valid at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
